Truth Bars are the prebiotic and probiotic bars that walked into my life back in November when I was attending a Summit for mom bloggers down in Anaheim, CA. It was love at first sight! Finding a good quality bar, with ingredients I can trust and that also TASTE great is like finding a diamond in the rough. But they aren’t unicorns! Full of wholesome ingredients like chia seeds, coconut oil, delicious dark chocolate, almond butter, and cacao nibs (just to name a few) Truth Bars are great for balancing your micro-biome, boost immunity power, energy and optimizing gut health.
These amazing little treats offer an array of delicious flavors– and when I say delicious, I mean DELICIOUS (and yes, I have tried them all!). There’s Dark Chocolate Coconut, Mint Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Almond Crunch, Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch, and Chocolate Raspberry Coconut. It’s hard to say which one is my favorite… I guess it really all depends on my mood 🙂
The best part about Truth Bars is that they don’t taste like you typical protein bars. They aren’t dry or chalky, they are actually perfectly chewy and creamy and half the time I feel like I am eating a candy bar minus the side of guilt! By the way, I am totally eating one right now as I write this post, couldn’t resist. Truth Bars are great as a snack when you’re on-the-go, before heading out to a workout, or even as a late night snack (let’s be honest here).
