STRAWBERRY & BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Bottom Layer 

1/2C strawberries

1/2C unsweetened coconut milk

1/2 scoop fiber boost

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/4 avocado

Top Layer

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup steamed then frozen zucchini

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

SWEET POTATO CINNAMON SMOOTHIE

1C unsweetened almond milk

1/2C filtered water

1.5 scoop vanilla protein powder

1tbsp almond butter

1C baked sweet potato

Dash of cinnamon.

Garnished with a sprinkle of chia seeds and a few raw unsalted walnuts.
